Crumbler® Processing Heads

Designed for Optimal Particle Size Reduction

Each of our Crumbler® machines requires a processing head. The head can be fitted with a range of cutter sizes. Our engineers are happy to help determine the best sizes for your material, moisture content, particle shape, and particle size desired. 

Crumbler Processing HeadKey features:

  • Processes both high and low moisture feedstocks (no pre-drying required)
  • Produces highly uniform particles to increase conversion efficiencies
  • Handles a wide range of materials including hemp, wood chips, corn stover, nut shells, bagasse, and more

Cutter sizes available for P24 Series Machines: 

  • 1/4″ wide cutters (6mm)
  • 3/16″ wide cutters (4mm)
  • 1/8″ wide cutters (3mm)
  • 1/16″ wide cutters (2mm)

Cutter sizes available for M24M, M24S, M24P, and M8 Series Machines: 

  • 1/4″ wide cutters (6mm)
