Our small-scale plug and play industrial platform
Our plug and play biomass preprocessing platform is modular, fully integrated, and customizable to you facility needs. The M series platform can feature feed modules, comminution modules, drying modules, and more. The featured comminution module includes a pair of M24M series rotary shears. They have a small footprint, but are strong enough to handle a wide range of materials including wood chips, corn stover, switchgrass, bamboo, sage, hemp, agave, sugar cane, and more. The base platform is capable of processing up to 2 green tons* per hour of your raw feedstocks into precision particles. You choose the options and we deliver an appliance, not a construction project.

Size Reduction Module
- Utilizes our proprietary M series Crumbler rotary shear technology
- Processes both high and low moisture feedstocks (no pre-drying required)
- Produces highly uniform, flowable, particles with a narrow size distribution to increase conversion efficiencies

* Throughput estimates based on ideal feedstocks and a skilled crew. Stated throughput is for green wood chips into 1/4″ feedstock particles. Throughput is inversely proportional to comminution ratio and final particle size. Other configurations and versions up to 3, 5, and 10 tons per hour capacity are feasible. Dust control may be needed depending on moisture content and processing conditions.
Higher capacity and P series systems can be integrated into the modular scheme.
